We refer to the announcements made on 10 September 2025, 12 September 2025, 7 November 2025 and 11 November 2025 in relation to amongst others, the Private Placement I (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 24 December 2025 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Private Placement I at RM0.0268 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price is at a discount of RM0.0029 or approximately 9.76% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Handal Shares up to and including 23 December 2025 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0297 per Handal Share.
