("CMSB") acquired the entire issued and paid-up capital of Citibase Limited from Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon ("TSD"). As a result, Citibase Limited is now wholly-owned by CMSB. CMSB is deemed to have indirect interest in these WCE's shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") held through MCC. TSD is now deemed to have indirect interest in these WCE's shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the CA 2016 held through CMSB instead of MCC. |
