We refer to the announcements dated 24 December 2024, 7 January 2025, 17 September 2025, 16 October 2025 and 7 November 2025 in relation to, among others, the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 24 December 2025 received a notice dated 24 December 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia confirming that on 22 December 2025, all the requirements with respect to the reduction of share capital of the Company have been complied as stated in the special resolution dated 7 November 2025 (“Notice”).

Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the reduction of share capital have been complied with. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction took effect on 24 December 2025 and is deemed completed.
