On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wishes to announce that Jishan Capital Sdn Bhd (“Jishan Capital”), Ng Eng Siong and Khor Keow Kuang (collectively referred to as the “Joint Offerors”) had vide a letter dated 24 December 2025 requested the Company to consider undertaking the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing and the Proposed Listing (collectively referred to as the “Proposed Transfer of Listing”).
The Board (save for Ng Eng Siong, who is a Joint Offeror) had subsequently deliberated on the Proposed Transfer of Listing and the Board will take the necessary steps to implement the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
In addition to the above and to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer of Listing, the Company proposes to undertake the Proposed Amendments.
