The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of NHB wishes to announce that the Company had on 24 December 2025 entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Mitsui-Soko International Pte. Ltd. for the disposal of 8,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 50% equity interest in Integrated Mits Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty-Four Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM24,500,000/-) only.
