The exchange rate of CNY1.00 to RM0.5784, based on the middle rate quoted by Bank Negara Malaysia as at 12.00 p.m. on 29 December 2025 (the latest practicable date prior hereto), is used throughout this announcement.
Unless otherwise stated or redefined herein, all abbreviations and definitions used shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcement dated 13 February 2025 and the Circular dated 25 April 2025 in relation to the Disposal.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that SHZ Management Office has made a payment of CNY58,501,838.70 (approximately RM33,837,463.50) to GUH Suzhou, being payment of the 2nd Tranche pursuant to the Disposal.
Following this payment, the total compensation amount received to date is summarised as follows:
The Company will make further announcement on the receipt of subsequent compensation amounts and any other material development (if any) in relation to this matter, as and when available.
