Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 5 August 2025, 7 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 5 December 2025, 12 December 2025 and 29 December 2025 in relation to the Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd and TA Securities Holdings Berhad wish to announce that the 42,105,264 Consideration Shares have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 30 December 2025. Accordingly, the Acquisition has been completed on even date.
