The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has changed its financial year end from 31 December to 30 June to coincide with that of Lion Industries Corporation Berhad, its ultimate holding company. Hence, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026 covering a period of 18 months and subsequently, the financial year of the Company shall end on 30 June. |
