The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Sdn Bhd (“MSB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MSB had on 29 December 2025 disposed 85,000,000 ordinary shares in Omesti Berhad (“Omesti”), representing 3.66% of the total number of issued shares of Omesti by way of a direct business transaction for a total cash consideration of RM8,500,000.00 only.
