The Board of Directors of TSA ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company and AmInvestment Bank Berhad ("AmInvestment Bank") had mutually agreed that AmInvestment Bank will cease to act as the Company's Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2026.

For information purposes, AmInvestment Bank had fulfilled its role as Sponsor to TSA for at least 1 full financial year following the admission of TSA to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2 February 2024.

In replacement thereof, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) has been appointed as the replacement Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2026.
