References are made to the announcements dated 19 February 2025, 1 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 26 August 2025 and 18 November 2025 in relation to the Disposal and Leaseback ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that MPTSB and MTrustee had, vide a letter of extension of time dated 30 December 2025, mutually agreed to further extend the Cut-Off Date from 1 January 2026 to 31 January 2026 to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in accordance with the SPA.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain unchanged.
