Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 June 2025 and 29 September 2025 in relation to the HOA entered with Dato' Sri Pua. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company and Dato’ Sri Pua have mutually decided not to proceed with the Proposed Acquisitions and have agreed not to further extend the HOA. Accordingly, the HOA shall lapse upon the expiry of its extension on 31 December 2025 in accordance with its terms. As at the date of this announcement, no definitive agreement has been entered into pursuant to the HOA. The expiry of the HOA will not have any material financial effect to the Group. This announcement is dated 31 December 2025. |
