The Closing Price of RM5.66894 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of SUNCON shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SUNCON-C44's Exercise Price of RM5.9142, holders of SUNCON-C44 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUNCON-C44 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUNCON-C44 shall terminate absolutely.
