As the Closing Price is lower than YINSON-C48's Exercise Price of RM2.35, holders of YINSON-C48 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YINSON-C48 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the YINSON-C48 shall terminate absolutely.
