As the Closing Price is lower than YTLPOWR-C93's Exercise Price of RM3.75, holders of YTLPOWR-C93 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YTLPOWR-C93 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the YTLPOWR-C93 shall terminate absolutely.
