The Closing Price of RM1.5449 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of MRDIY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MYDIY-C47's Exercise Price of RM1.60, holders of MYDIY-C47 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MYDIY-C47 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MYDIY-C47 shall terminate absolutely.
