The Closing Price of RM19.71476 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PETDAG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PETDAG-C13's Exercise Price of RM21.00, holders of PETDAG-C13 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PETDAG-C13 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PETDAG-C13 shall terminate absolutely.
