The Closing Price of RM13.67282 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of TENAGA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than TENAGA-C3E's Exercise Price of RM14.50, holders of TENAGA-C3E will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised TENAGA-C3E will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the TENAGA-C3E shall terminate absolutely.
