The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce the following:
1. M & A Securities Sdn. Bhd. ("M & A") and Taghill have mutually agreed to not renew M & A's role as Sponsor following the expiry of its engagement as Sponsor on 31 December 2025; and
2. In replacement thereof, TA Securities Holdings Berhad has been appointed as the Replacement Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2026, to ensure continuous compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
