Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the Company has, on 31 December 2025, made an offer of options to the eligible persons of JTGB and its subsidiary (“Group”) to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“ESOS Options”) under the ESOS. The details of the ESOS Options offered are as set out in the attachment.
