Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 30 December 2025 in relation to the Disposal. The Company wishes to clarify that the name “Microlink Solutions Sdn Bhd” referred to in Section 1.0 of the earlier announcement dated 30 December 2025 should read as “Microlink Solutions Berhad”. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 30 December 2025.
