Reference is made to the announcement made pursuant to the Dissolution of Ke-Zan Nominees (Tempatan), an Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of RHB Bank on 30 December 2025 (reference number: GA1-30122025-00009).
We wish to highlight that Ke-Zan Nominees (Tempatan), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RHB Investment Bank Berhad, which in turn is wholly-owned by RHB Bank, has been dissolved on 2 January 2026 instead of 30 December 2025, pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016. Arising therefrom, Ke-Zan Nominees (Tempatan) is no longer an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of RHB Bank.
The dissolution of Ke-Zan Nominees (Tempatan) will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of RHB Bank for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
