The Board of Directors of ENRA wishes to announce that Hamptons Homes Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 January 2026 entered into two unincorporated joint venture agreements with Entire Role Sdn Bhd to jointly develop residential double-storey medium-cost terrace houses on all those pieces of freehold land of Lots 55221-55315 and Lots 55171-55220 in Taman Teratai, Mukim of Kulai, District of Kulai, Johor Darul Takzim.
