Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 30 March 2023 and latest announcement dated 1 December 2025 (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements.
The Board of Directors of BKCB wishes to update that BKCB and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optimal Property Management Sdn Bhd (“OPM”) has fully paid its December 2025 installment of RM700,000 in accordance to the terms stipulated in MBSB Bank Berhad’s letter dated 15 July 2024.
Concurrently, OPM had also received RM 500,000 on 23 December 2025 from Universiti Islam Melaka Berhad (previously known as Kolej Teknologi Islam Melaka Berhad) (“UIMB”) for the December 2025 installment, in accordance with the prescribed terms of the Extended Interim Settlement Proposal (“EISP”) dated 30 October 2024.
The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments.
