(Reference is made to the first announcement made on 31 October 2023 and the latest announcement dated 1 December 2025. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.)

The Board of Directors of the Company wish to inform that the Company is currently in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and the Company has approximately four (4) months up to 29 April 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter in due course.
