The Board of Directors of Safetyware wishes to announce that WYNCORP Advisory Sdn Bhd (“WYNCORP”) has ceased to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 2 January 2026 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby Safetyware must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. Safetyware was listed on 9 September 2022.
