We refer to the Company's announcement dated 14 December 2023 where the Company had first announced that it is an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), announcements dated 25 November 2024, 16 December 2024, 30 May 2025, 17 June 2025, 20 June 2025, 28 November 2025 and all subsequent monthly announcements made pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR on the updates and developments, and the announcement dated 17 December 2025 whereby Bursa Securities had granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months up to 13 June 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of PBS wishes to inform that it is still in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address the Company's affected listed issuer status.

The Company has approximately five (5) months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval. The Company will make the relevant announcements should there be any material developments in relation to its regularisation plan.
