Mr. Lee Kai Sheng brings extensive senior management experience across operations, finance, strategy, and corporate governance, with a proven track record in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

He has held key leadership roles at Prestige Auction Sdn Bhd, Topwork Marketing Sdn Bhd, Minato Trading Sdn Bhd, Artroniq Berhad, and STPP Trading Sdn Bhd, where he was actively involved in operational oversight, strategic planning, financial management, and organisational development.

As General Manager of Prestige Auction Sdn Bhd from October 2021 to October 2024, he led overall operations, formulated strategic initiatives, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and built a high-performing team that enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. He later served as Operations Manager at Topwork Marketing Sdn Bhd (July 2022 to December 2023), overseeing daily operations, cash flow management, supplier and client relationships, and the setup of operational premises.

He subsequently assumed the role of General Manager at Minato Trading Sdn Bhd from April 2024 to present, where he oversees operations, financial management, supplier and client engagement, overseas shipment coordination, logistics activities, and long-term strategic planning.

In November 2024, he was appointed Finance Manager of Artroniq Berhad, responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support, including the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.

He was appointed Director of STPP Trading Sdn Bhd in January 2025, where he provides strategic leadership, oversees financial planning and risk management, ensures robust governance and internal control frameworks, and manages relationships with key stakeholders.
