("TMF") is the trustee, Mr. Hui Ching Lau is now deemed interested in Wang-Zheng Berhad ("WZB") which arises by virtue of him being the sole director of An Ping Holdings Limited ("An Ping") and taken to be interested in An Ping as An Ping is obligated to act according to his instructions. TMF has a 100% shareholding in An Ping Investments Limited, which in turn has a 100% shareholding in An Ping, which has not less than 20% direct shareholding in Hengan International Group Company Limited, which in turn has a 100% shareholding in Hengan Mega Jumbo Investments Limited, which in turn has a 100% shareholding in Hengan (Malaysia) Investments Company Limited ("HMI"). HMI has not less than 5% of all the voting shares in WZB. |
