Further to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 ("First Announcement"), 17 March 2020 and the subsequent announcements made on the first market day of each subsequent months ("Monthly Announcements") pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements, the Company wshes to announce that there is no major development since the last announcement made on 2 December 2025. The Board will continue in its efforts to source for suitable investment opportunities and the Company will make an immediate announcement should there be any firm development.

The Company submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities on 24 November 2025, requesting an additional 12 months (up to 28 November 2026) to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities. The application is currently pending a decision from Bursa Securities.
