We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 31 December 2024, 26 May 2025, 12 September 2025, 16 October 2025, 17 October 2025, 6 November 2025, 20 November 2025, 27 November 2025, 5 December 2025 and 12 December 2025 in relation to, inter-alia, the Acquisitions.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the parties to the SSPA have today mutually agreed to extend the completion date of the SSPA to 9 January 2026 vide a letter of extension dated 5 January 2026. Save for the extension, all other terms of the SSPA remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.
