The Board of Directors of Komarkcorp wishes to announce that it has approved an extension of the Company's ESOS, which is set to expire on 14 January 2026, for a further duration of five (5) years until 14 January 2031 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
