Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Prospectus of the Company dated 21 October 2024 (“Prospectus”) and the Company's announcements made on 17 January 2025 and 22 July 2025 shall apply herein.
Reference is made to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and V.S. International Group Limited (“the Parties”) ("MOU") dated 18 January 2024, supplemental MOU dated 18 March 2024 and; addendum to the MOU dated 25 September 2024,16 January 2025 and 22 July 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties had, on 6 January 2026 mutually agreed to terminate the MOU signed on 18 January 2024. Neither party shall have any claim against the other upon the termination of MOU.
The termination of MOU will not have any legal obligation and material financial impact on Mega Fortris.
