Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.

The High Court has fixed the next Continued Hearing for both Zelan and Zelan Construction on 30 January 2026. In the interim, the ad-interim restraining order granted for Zelan which was valid until 6 January 2026, has been extended until 30 January 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the updates on the aforementioned matter following the High Court hearings.
