Please be informed that today, 6 January 2026, was scheduled for Hearing of Application 279 – Stay of the Winding Up Order dated 28 May 2025, Application by the Applicant’s Contributories. During the Hearing, the Applicant’s Contributories’ solicitor updated the learned High Court Judge on the status of a “Section 493 Application” which was filed under WA-28PW-745-12/2025 ("PW745"); first Case Management (CM) by way of e-Review took place on 24 December 2025.

During the said CM of PW745, the Applicant’s Contributories’ solicitor requested for access to be given to all parties involved in PW279 as they are all interested parties to the application filed in PW745. The Registrar directed for all relevant parties to file their respective “Notice of Appointment of Solicitors”. The Registrar then scheduled the next CM for PW745 to take place on 7 January 2026.

The Applicant’s Contributories’ solicitor then informed the learned High Court Judge in Application 279 that PW745 ought to be transferred to be heard together with Application 279 – the same will be requested during next CM of PW745, i.e., on 7 January 2026.

The learned High Court Judge then directed for a further Case Management of Application 279 to take place on 8 January 2026 by way of e-Review for parties to update the Court hearing Application 279 of the status of proceedings in PW745. The Ad Interim Order, staying the Winding Up Order dated 28 May 2025, remains valid.
