Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 November 2025 and 12 November 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Taghill (“Board”) wishes to announce that the High Court has further fixed the case management for the Application via e-Review on 13 January 2026 to provide further directions on the filing of the affidavits, submissions and the hearing date.
In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to be in effect for SCSB.
Further announcements will be made as and when there are material developments on this matter.
