Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 October 2025, 28 November 2025 and 30 December 2025 as well as circular to shareholders dated 4 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (“Berjaya Securities”) (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the sealed court order confirming the Proposed Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 6 January 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Proposed Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and is deemed completed on 6 January 2026.
