The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Savelite” or “Sub-Contractor”), a wholly-owned and major subsidiary of the Company had on 6 January 2026 accepted a Letter of Appointment (“LOA”) dated 25 July 2025 from JY Consult PLT (Registration No. 20164001776 (LLP 0008489-LGN)) (“Consultant”) on behalf of Parkland Southern Sdn. Bhd. (“Parkland Southern” or “Employer”) for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Electrical Services at Lot 156682, Lebuhraya Johor Bahru-Pasir Gudang, Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim for Parkland Southern (“Sub-Contract Works”) for a fixed Sub-Contract Works sum of RM15,215,064.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifteen Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Sixty Four) only.
