We refer to the announcements made on 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025 and 18 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definition set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 January 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 168,108,624 new Magma Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:
(i) Magma and Kenanga IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
(ii) Kenanga IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
(iii) Kenanga IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
