We refer to the previous announcements dated 18 June 2025 and 6 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 6 January 2026, approved the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The SC also took note that LGMS has complied with the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
Information on the Company in compliance with Paragraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is set out in the enclosed attachment.
