Further to the announcement made on 11 July 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Life Publishers Berhad (“LPB”), a dormant and indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 January 2026 convened its Final Meeting to conclude its Members’ Voluntary Winding-Up.

In accordance with Section 459(3) & (5) of the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, LPB will be dissolved upon the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by the Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting on 8 January 2026 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver.
