This announcement is made by CLSASM in relation to the non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KGB issued by CLSASM on 21 July 2025.

The expressions applied in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them as set out in the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 (“Base Prospectus”).

We refer to the announcement made by KGB dated 24 November 2025 pursuant to the special interim dividend of RM0.015 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 (‘Special Dividend"). In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025, no adjustment will be made to KGB-CS pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of KGB-CS.

For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein shall prevail.
