LETTER OF AWARD

SUB-CONTRACTOR FOR PROPOSED BETONG REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY GRID FROM BETONG TO PUSA, BETONG DIVISION, SARAWAK, MALAYSIA

1. Introduction

The Board of Directors of INSIGHTS ANALYTICS BERHAD (“IAB” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, INSIGHTS ANALYTICS TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. (“IATSB”) [formerly known as Exxor Technologies Sdn. Bhd.], has on 8th January 2026, accepted a Letter of Award from BUMIA SDN. BHD. (“Main Contractor”) to act as Sub-Contractor for PROPOSED BETONG REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY GRID FROM BETONG TO PUSA, BETONG DIVISION, SARAWAK, MALAYSIA (the “Project”). The scope of work includes Pipeline Works, Mechanical and Electrical Works, and Infrastructure Works.

2. Details of the Letter of Award

(a) Total Contract Sum: RM58,424,456.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Eight Million Four Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand and Four Hundred Fifty-Six Only).

(b) Date of Commencement: 12th January 2026.

(c) Date of Completion: 11th July 2028.

(d) Performance Bond and Insurance: Performance bond and insurance will be arranged by the Main Contractor, BUMIA SDN. BHD.

(e) Contract Type: The contract is on a firm price basis, with payments made through monthly interim certificates based on the valuation of work executed and materials delivered to site.

3. Details of the Parties

(a) Insights Analytics Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“IATSB”)

IATSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 May 2003 as a private limited company having its place of business at Parcel Lot No. D272, D273 & D274, 1st Floor, Block D, ICOM Square, Jalan Pending, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak. The principal activities involved in provision of water technology solutions and intelligent asset management solutions.

(b) BUMIA SDN. BHD.

BUMIA SDN. BHD. (“BSB”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 16th June 2005 as a private limited company. The principal activities involve in construction. BSB's registered office is at Sublot 9, 1st Floor, Lots 68-71, Section 22, KTLD, Jalan Green, 93150 Kuching, Sarawak.

4. Risk Factors

The Project is subject to operational, construction, and regulatory risks. However, these are considered manageable within the ordinary course of business. The Board of Directors does not foresee any exceptional risk factors arising from this Project.

5. Financial Effects

The acceptance of the Letter of Award for this Project is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings over the contract duration, which spans from 12th January 2026 to 11th July 2028.

6. Approvals Required

The acceptance of the Letter of Award is not subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders or any regulatory authorities.

7. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests

None of the Directors, major shareholders of IAB, or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.

8. Statement by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, having considered all relevant aspects of the Project, is of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of IAB.
