Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 31 July 2024.
The Company wishes to inform that pursuant to the trial held at the High Court of Kuala Lumpur on 19 December 2025, in which the sealed judgment was served to the Defendant on 6 January 2026, the High Court of Kuala Lumpur has awarded to the Plaintiff the sum of RM1,866,730.07 together with cost of RM10,000.00, allocatur fee RM400.00 and interest at 5% per annum from 19 December 2025, being the financial impact to the Defendant.
The Defendant is in preparation to appeal the judgment and will take all necessary steps to safeguard the Company’s interests.
The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
