Please be informed that today, 8 January 2026 was scheduled for a Case Management (CM) of Application 279 – Ad interim stay of the Winding Up Order dated 28 May 2025 Application by the Applicant’s Contributories, by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar to update the status of PW745.

During the CM, the solicitors updated the Court the status of PW745 where the solicitors requested for PW745 to be transferred to the Court hearing PW279 and the Registrar directed for any party who wishes for the matter to be transferred to file the necessary application accordingly. PW745 was then fixed for further e-review on 9 February 2026 for the Official Receiver to file its Report.

Pursuant to the above, the solicitors informed that the said transfer application ought to be heard first before the hearing of Enclosure 1 and requested for a short CM date be fixed to update the Court on the status of filing of the said transfer application.

The said Registrar informed that she needs to seek Yang Arif's further instruction on this matter and fixed PW279 for e-review on 14 January 2026 to give further instruction.
