Bonus issue of 1,924,566,311 new free warrants in Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorporation") ("New Warrants") on the basis of 33 New Warrants for every 100 existing ordinary shares in BCorporation ("BCorporation Shares") held by the shareholders of BCorporation whose name appears in the record of depositors of BCorporation as at 5.00 p.m. on 31 December 2025
Each New Warrant entitles the holder of the New Warrant to subscribe for 1 BCorporation Share at the exercise price of RM0.30 per New Warrant at any time during the exercise period of 5 years as indicated above ("Exercise Period") commencing from the issue date and ending at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the maturity date (provided that if such day is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day). The New Warrants are subject to the provisions of the conditions as set out in the deed poll dated 15 December 2025 constituting the New Warrants. Any New Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This Announcement is dated 9 January 2025.
