Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), Green Packet Berhad wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly owned subsidiary, Packet Interactive Sdn Bhd, a money lending company as at 31 December 2025. 

The provision of financial assistance have no material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Green Packet and its subsidiaries for the financial period ended 31 December 2025.
