The Company wishes to update that the full trial was completed on 8 January 2026 and both parties have closed their case. The learned High Court Judge has instructed both parties to file their respective Submissions by 13 February 2026 and Reply Submissions by 13 March 2026. The decision date has been fixed on 17 April 2026.
