The Board of Directors of GOB wishes to announce that Exceed Concept Sdn Bhd and Pedoman Ikhtisas Sdn Bhd, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of GOB, had on 9 January 2026 entered into eighteen (18) separate sale and purchase agreements with EZT Property Management Sdn Bhd and Brillion Land Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of eighteen (18) stratified retail units, all forming part of a mixed development known as Pavilion Embassy, situated on freehold land held under Master Title No. Geran 79666, No. Lot 20006 Seksyen 88A, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, for a total cash consideration of RM35.0 million (“Proposed Disposal”).
