The Board of Directors of HHRG Berhad ("HHRG" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Share Buy-Back Statement containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and published on the Company's website in due course.
